At Garden Amore Floral Studio, we are committed to delivering your flowers fresh, on time, and with care. Please review our shipping policy below.

1. Delivery Areas
- We currently deliver within Kuala Lumpur & Selangor only.
- We do not provide nationwide or international delivery at this time.

2. Delivery Schedule
- Wednesday – Friday: 11:00 AM – 6:00 PM

- Saturday – Monday: 11:00 AM – 3:00 PM

- Closed: Tuesday

3. Same-Day Delivery
- Same-day delivery is available for orders placed before 12:00 PM (Kuala Lumpur time).
- Orders placed after the cut-off time will be delivered on the next available delivery date.

4. Delivery Fees
- A flat delivery fee of RM28.90 applies to all standard deliveries within our coverage areas except Shah Alam/ Klang Area.
- Urgent deliveries may be arranged via third-party couriers (e.g. Lalamove). Additional charges may apply.

5. Recipient Information
- Customers are responsible for providing accurate delivery details.
- We are not liable for failed deliveries due to incorrect addresses, incomplete information, or recipient unavailability.

6. Substitutions & Timing
- While we do our best to meet your preferred delivery time, delays may occur due to traffic, weather, or courier availability.
- Flowers are subject to seasonal availability. We may substitute blooms of equal or greater value when necessary.

7. Self-Collection (Optional)
- Customers may choose to self-collect their orders at:
