At Garden Amore Floral Studio, every bouquet is custom made with fresh flowers, carefully prepared to ensure the highest quality and beauty. Due to the perishable nature of our products, all sales are final and we do not accept returns or refunds once an order has been fulfilled and delivered.
However, your satisfaction is important to us. If your order arrives in poor condition or there is an error with your bouquet, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery with photos of the issue. We will review the situation and, if approved, offer one of the following solutions at our discretion:
- A replacement bouquet (subject to availability)
- A store credit for future purchase
We cannot issue refunds or replacements for:
- Incorrect delivery information provided by the customer
- Missed deliveries due to recipient unavailability
- Slight variations in flower types or colors, as seasonal availability may require substitutions
