- Product images are for reference only. Actual arrangements may vary slightly due to seasonal availability and florist creativity.
- We reserve the right to substitute flowers of equal or greater value without prior notice.
3. Orders and Payment
- Orders are confirmed only after full payment has been received.
- Prices are listed in MYR and may be subject to change without prior notice.
- We accept payments through the available payment gateways listed at checkout.
4. Delivery
- Same-day delivery is available for orders placed before 12:00 PM (Kuala Lumpur time).
- Deliveries are available in Kuala Lumpur & Selangor only.
- Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to traffic, weather, or third-party courier delays.
- Customers are responsible for providing accurate delivery details. We are not liable for failed deliveries due to incorrect addresses or recipient unavailability.
5. Cancellations and Refunds
- Once an order is confirmed, it cannot be cancelled or refunded.
- Due to the perishable nature of flowers, we do not accept returns.
- If your bouquet arrives in unsatisfactory condition, please contact us within 24 hours with supporting photos. Resolutions may include replacement or store credit, at our discretion.
6. Limitation of Liability
- We are not responsible for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use of our products or website.
- Our liability shall not exceed the purchase price of the product in question.
7. Governing Law
- These Terms shall be governed by and interpreted under the laws of Malaysia.
- Any disputes will be subject to the jurisdiction of Malaysian courts.
