How do I place an order?

Orders can be placed directly through our website. Simply select your bouquet, add to cart, and proceed to checkout.

Do you offer same-day delivery?

Yes, we offer same-day delivery for orders placed before [XX:XX PM]. Orders made after the cut-off will be delivered the next day.

Can I choose a specific delivery time?

We do our best to accommodate preferred delivery times. Please select your time slot at checkout.

Do you deliver on weekends and public holidays?

Yes, we deliver on weekends. For public holidays, please check our announcements or contact us for confirmation.

PAYMENT & CUSTOMIZATION

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept major credit/debit cards, FPX, e-wallets (Touch ’n Go, GrabPay, etc.), and bank transfer.

Can I customize my bouquet?

Yes! We offer “Customize Bouquet” options for occasions like graduation, birthdays, Mother’s Day, and events. Share your preferences and our florists will craft a bouquet just for you.

Do you provide add-ons (cards, balloons, gifts)?

Yes, you can add greeting cards, balloons, or small gifts during checkout.

FLOWER CARE & QUALITY

How long will fresh flowers last?

Typically 2–4 days with proper care. (See our Flower Care Guide for tips.)

Do you sell preserved flowers?

Yes, preserved flowers can last up to 2 years or longer with proper storage.

What happens if my flowers arrive damaged?

Please contact us within 24 hours with photos. We’ll review and arrange for a replacement or refund if eligible.

Can I cancel or change my order after placing it?

Orders are processed quickly, so cancellations/changes must be made within 1 hour after purchase. Once dispatched, changes are not possible.

Do you offer refunds or exchanges?

Refunds/exchanges are only applicable for damaged or undelivered orders. Please see our Refund & Return Policy for details.
